Designed and crafted by Collins Bespoke for a coastal home in Folkestone, Kent, this bespoke kitchen is a calm, timeless space shaped by its setting. Overlooking the Kent coastline, the design balances everyday functionality with understated luxury, creating a kitchen equally suited to family life and entertaining.

The scheme centres around bespoke oak cabinetry, Taj Mahal quartzite worktops, and hand-forged hardware. The natural warmth and organic movement of the quartzite complement the timber cabinetry, while custom pantry doors and open shelving were designed to frame the home’s sea views and connect the kitchen to its surroundings.

The client’s brief was for a kitchen that felt comfortable, homely and grounded in nature, yet refined enough for guests. Light tones, tactile finishes and thoughtful detailing ensure the space feels welcoming, enduring and beautifully in tune with the coastal environment.
