From Pinterest to Reality – Turning Inspiration Boards into a Real Bespoke Kitchen

beautiful bespoke kitchen with light painted cupboards and a walnut breakfast bar

You want a dark wood breakfast bar, and a pale blue island, blue chairs, some pink, too, somewhere - and, open shelves, and … and … and … .

If your Pinterest boards are full of dream kitchens — shaker doors, statement islands, rich colours — you’re not alone. But turning those ideas into a real, beautifully made space can feel daunting.

Where do you start?

At Collins Bespoke, that’s where! Because that is exactly what we do: we help clients move from inspiration to installation, one considered step at a time.

Step 1: The Design Consultation – Refining Your Vision

Bring your images, sketches, and wish lists — our designers will listen carefully and translate your ideas into a practical, achievable plan. We’ll measure your space, discuss layout options and explore how you live and cook day-to-day. Every design starts with your lifestyle and your ideals.

Pink, blue, yellow and grey bespoke kitchen mood board.

Step 2: Materials and Finishes – Bringing Personality to Life

Choosing the right materials is where your kitchen starts to take shape. From paint colours and worktops to handles and hinges, we guide you through each option. Our showroom is like Aladdin’s Cave for design, material and paint examples. Our workshop can match finishes, create samples, and our designers help you visualise your design with precision - and, a little bit of help from our kitchen design software!

Step 3: From Workshop to Home – Craftsmanship in Action

Once your design is finalised, our team of skilled joiners begins building your kitchen from scratch in our Kent workshop. Every element is hand-finished, assembled, and tested before installation.

The result?

Beautiful bespoke kitchen, Ashford, kent, with blue island and pink features.

A kitchen that looks beautiful, works perfectly, and lasts a lifetime.

From Moodboard to Masterpiece

You don’t need to know every detail before you begin — that’s what our design team is here for. Bring your ideas, and we’ll help you turn them into a space that feels both timeless and entirely yours.

Book your complimentary design consultation at our Ashford showroom and start bringing your inspiration to life.
