WHY DO WE HAVE A PRIVACY POLICY?

This privacy policy outlines how your information is used and protected when using the Collins Bespoke website and services. We have a privacy policy because we are committed to ensuring your privacy is protected. This policy is effective from 19th August 2019. Yes, of course. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable procedures to safeguard your information. We do not retain any information collected from the brochure request/freestanding furniture/enquiry forms, for longer than is necessary. This information is kept for the length of time needed to make efficient follow ups, manage projects and supply aftercare. We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties. We will happily supply you with the information we hold about you, if requested - just pop us an email. Also, if you believe we may holding incorrect information, do contact us straight away.

HOW DO YOU AGREE TO THIS?

By continuing to use this website and our services, you are agreeing with our privacy policy. If you disagree, please stop using our website and inform us that you would like to end your working relationship with us. By accepting the T&C box on the request forms on this website, you are giving us permission to use your personal information for the reasons stated above. If we do not hear back from you within six months of sending out the brochure - we will delete your information - unless stated otherwise.

MARKETING EMAILS

If you agree to ‘subscribe’ to our mailing list, your personal information is kept in order to send emails efficiently. We may introduce a third party company such as Mailchimp as our subscribers grow and will amend this policy accordingly.
